Pho 831 will be serving beef pho and a vegan mushroom pho. Both broths are made with Chef Shane's medley of flavors inspired by traditional pho including ginger, star anise, and lemon grass.
Pho (pronounced fuh) is a Vietnamese noodle soup with a flavorful broth. It is served with a plate of fresh herbs. Add these herbs and condiments like sriracha and hoisin to customize your bowl!
What's a Pop-Up?
Pop-up restaurants, also called supper clubs, are temporary restaurants. Pop-up restaurants allow restaurateurs and chefs to hone their skills or test new food ideas and are an effective way for professionals to gain exposure of their skills
